To enhance the photo or images even greater in the color overlay, you set a blending effect or change the opacity of the fill in Abobe Photoshop. Softlight or soft light effect can be used to balance images with extreme contrast of light or dark areas. By using the levels dialog box in Abobe Photoshop, you can control the soft light effect or photos to improve image quality.
